Members recognized for service during Hurricane Florence

Gastonia Composite Squadron (MAR-NC-024) members served over 900 hours of volunteer service to assist those affected by Hurricane Florence in September, 2018. Deployments included:

  • PODS (Points-of-distribution) centers in Wilmington & Kinston

  • Staff support for NC Emergency Management Regional Coordination Centers

  • Mission support for the NC Wing Incident Command Center in Burlington
